Limited Warranty

Speed by Design warrants the products purchased by Dealer from Speed by Design to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will repair or replace, at its sole option, any part of said products. If an exact replacement is not available, an equivalent product or credit will be provided. The Limited Warranty commences on the date of purchase and expires on the one (1) year anniversary. The Limited Warranty does not include damages, malfunctions or failures resulting from the failure to properly install, operate or maintain the products in accordance with the instructions provided by Speed by Design. Furthermore, the Limited Warranty does not include damages, malfunctions or failure caused by misuse, accident, vandalism, corrosion or an activity or event that is outside the control of Speed by Design. The products covered by this Limited Warranty pertain only to products installed in either the United States or Canada. The Limited Warranty does not cover shipping costs. Dealer will be responsible for shipping costs and shipping insurance.

Limitation of Liability

The Limited Warranty provided herein is the ONLY warranty given by Speed by Design. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MECHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SPECIFIED IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY. SPEED BY DESIGN’S SOLE LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO DEFECTIVE PARTS OR FAILURE SHALL BE SET FORTH IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY, AND ANY CLAIMS FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your item please fill out the return/exchange form and send the item back to us. Click here to download the form. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Returns MUST be authorized by Unlimited Bagger, LLC and are at the sole discretion of Unlimited Bagger, LLC. Returns must be made within 30 days from the ship date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that are not accepted back as a return will be shipped back to you at your expense. All items and its original OEM packaging must be returned to us in perfect condition and must be freight prepaid.

All items and packaging returned to us that are not in perfect condition will be returned to the customer at the customers expense. Speed by Design will require a 20% deposit on any goods ordered from another supplier or third party vendor to fulfill a customers order and are both non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Speed by Design retains the right to ship orders up to 30 business days after receivable payment, unless specifically noted on customers invoice. *We do not offer financing on sale prices.

Products leased or financed through Speed By Design do not qualify for return or exchange and all sales considered final.

ALL ORDERS BROUGHT IN FROM OUTSIDE VENDORS, CUSTOM ORDERS, AND SBD ELECTRIC BILLET HINGES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!

ALL REAR END ORDERS ARE FINAL ONCE ORDER IS PLACED. AT WHICH POINT IN TIME,NEITHER DEPOSIT OR PAYMENT IS REFUNDABLE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE UPON COMPLETION.

Claims for damaged goods must be made to us in writing no later than the next business day. If an item has been damaged during shipping, please retain the damaged package to be returned along with the damaged goods. Please email us with any questions or concerns.

Any order cancelled before shipping must have prior approval by Speed by Design and will be subject to a 6% credit card processing fee.

Due to the differences in screen resolution, actual colors may vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of an item. Fabric layout and placement of prints on garments may also vary and are also not considered defective or a misrepresentation of an item. Once clothing is worn and the tags are removed, the clothing item may not be returned to us for any reason. International orders may be returned to us at your expense.

We are not responsible for shipping or duties and taxes into your country or back into the USA. Should Speed By Design incur any charges from an international order, return or non acceptance of package; these charges will be charged to your original form of payment or deducted from the credit or store credit issued.

Please make sure your package is shipped to a secure address. Although we do take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, once your package has been delivered and the delivery confirmation has been scanned by USPS, UPS or FedEx, Speed By Design is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
